Escalation e-mails

Escalation e-mails

Hello,

I have a group setup where if no one picks up the ticket in 5 minutes an e-mail is supposed to go out notifying certain techniccians that the ticket is still in the queue. The problem is the system does not send out the e-mail until 10-15 minutes later. Is there a way to fix this?
