Hello,  say a ticket was assigned to tech 1 and there is something that needs to be performed by tech 2.  Would tech 1 reassign the ticket to tech 2?  Or since tech 1 is the tech assigned is there a way to assign the task within the request to tech 2 without reassigning the entire ticket?
