Hi,

I have two servers SRV1 and SRV2 with TSM service running on each:

SRV 1 is in �Production� view
SRV 2 in not the part of any View.

I have an escalation:

Enable this rule: YES

Rule Name : Service_Down

Rule

Alarm with Severity: Service down

category is: None

Business View: production

Not cleared within 20 minute(s)

Exclude Acknowledged Alarms: NOT SET

When I stop TSM service on SRV1.
I receive the first alert which says that service is DOWN.
The escalation alert I receive one hour later, but according to my settings I have to receive it after 20 minutes.


I am missing two escalation alerts.

What I can see too

Business View: production (lower case)
but in Maps->Business view -> Production (Upper Case)
