Escalation alerts
Hi,
I have two servers SRV1 and SRV2 with TSM service running on each:
SRV 1 is in �Production� view
SRV 2 in not the part of any View.
I set an �alert� to monitor TSM bough servers.
I set an �escalation� for �Production� view.
Now escalation works for SRV 1 and SRV2, but I do not need escalation for SRV2.
My escalation settings:
Alarm with Severity: Service down
category is: Server
Business view: production
