Im getting the following error while i stop the probe service.

Error message: The JVM process terminated due to an uncaught exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005)

I have restarted the server and the issue is fixed as of now, however would like to understand what is the cause of this issue and how to prevent it from occurring again.
