I am trying to install manage engine desktop central 8 on my work PC. But after accepting the license agreement and continuing with the default port it gives me an error as follows,

Component :  sourceComponent

file group :     sourceFiles

file:    cannot create a file when that file already exists

this error comes when the setup is at 2% and the path shown is c:\...\setup.inx

after which the setup stops.

any solution ???
