Error while creating contract. Overlapping constraints found.

Hi all.
I'm trying to renew a customer contract, but when i put the new dates it gives me this error:

Error while creating contract. Overlapping constraints found.

I search activated contracts for this customer and there is no one, so the contract is not duplicated.

I don't know how to solve, please help.
