Error when using NCM TFTP

Error when using NCM TFTP

When I click the download button in NCM/device management/tftp files, to pull in a Cisco.SPA file for pushing firmware I get the is error.  {"error":{"code":5000,"message":"Internal Server Error while processing this request."}}

Any help appreciated.
