I'm trying to update ServiceDesk from version 8027 to 8100. In the process, in the process, an error has occurred:
Migration has not started as Data is Improper. Some default product types [Software] ins not available.
So please contact the ServiceDesk Support team.
The installations have this upgrades:
7600.0.11.0
7600.2.0.0
8000.0.27.0
Any suggestions?
