Error when trying to save a purchase order
Two of our ServiceDesk users get this error when trying to save a purchase order:
FAILURE :Exception while trying to add new PurchaseOrder.
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,192,834,187,966.
The service has been restarted several times. This error has been occurring for weeks. Please help!
