Hi,

I'm trying to get a full backup so that we can create a dev environment.

It worked fine a few weeks ago, but then we ended up losing the backup files - I think the server overwrote the backup files after a while.

I was following these steps:

Shut down the service

Run backUpData.bat

It gets to 98%, 99% then the command prompt window disappears without an error. There's no errors in Event Viewer to indicate it crashed for any particular reason.

I presume there's logs somewhere to help find what the problem is.

Can you please help?
