Error when creating MSSQL db using .bat script

Hi..

Im trying to migrate the MYSQL db to MSSQL. I've stopped the servicedesk service, and are running the changedbserver.bat script.

It states the following:

My SQL server is a different machine from the one im installing the servicedesk on. 1344 is open in the firewall - SQLadm is sysadm.
The SQL server is running.

Any ideas?
