Error when clicking on Custom Monitor Icon in Admin (MSP)

Error when clicking on Custom Monitor Icon in Admin (MSP)

When I click on the Custom Monitor icon in Admin, I immediately get a generic "Error" Nothing else. I need to add/remove some of the custom monitors.
