Error when backing up Service Desk Plus

Error when backing up Service Desk Plus

While attempting to upgrade Service Desk Plus I was doing a backup (backUpData.bat) when the batch job died with the following error:

When I looked at the directory in question there were no files in it.  When I checked the backup directory it had one file in it; filelist.txt.


How can I fix this error..
