Error when adding a device
Hi,
When i go to add a device into opmanager i am recieving a strange error.
When i go into admin and then into add device. i enter the name of the device and then click Add Device.
OpManager then comes up the top with an info message saying Device already present in the System
So i try and search for the device name. and i get the following message
No results found for pc626 and it asks me if i want to add a device.
We are currently stuck because i am unable to enter this machine, and we want to be able to monitor it.
