We are attempting to upgrade from 14.950 to 15.120 to mitigate the discovered vulnerability.  Upgrading our test system went fine, but when we tried to upgrade a clone of our production system we go the following error:

REQ:2001: Unable to initiate migration because of inconsistent data in 1 trash request(s). Please contact support.

I've attached the results of some queries I found in looking at the ticket from Antonio Julio (11617072) hoping this might speed things along. I will also upload a copy of the logs for examination. Please assist.
