ERROR: Trying to start MySQL server failed

Having a problem starting the Password Manager Pro service. We have it running on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 (32-bit) and it has been working fine for a long time.
The server was restarted on the weekend and now the service fails to start. Manually starting the service (from the Services MMC) works but it stops almost immediately.
I've attached the WRAPPER.LOG and SERVEROUT0.TXT files, and also the output I get when trying to run STARTDB.BAT from the command line.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
