Error starting after upgrading from 8003 to 8013.

Hi,

On upgrading from 8003 to 8013 we recieve the following errors when running "sh run.sh &" command.

AdventNetCC                                       [CREATED]
SQLOne Search                                     [CREATED]
AdventNetServiceDesk                              [FAILED]
ServerContainer                                   [FAILED]
AdventNetCC                                       [FAILED]
SQLOne Search                                     [FAILED]

Server Started.
Please connect your client at http://localhost:8080

We are running SDP from linux, i have tried restarting the server and removing the applications\extracted folder but the above errors still remain. I have also noticed that when running the UpgradeManager.sh it doesn't list the latest patch as installed, but if i try to re-apply the patch it says that it has already been applied.
