Error: Reset Password Failed

Error: Reset Password Failed

We get this error message when users to try to reset their passwords using ADManager Plus. The full error message reads:
 
1.  Administrator credentials in application do not match with the one found in Active Directory or
2.  Mismatch between administrator's credentials in ADSelfService Plus and that of Active Directory.
 
Any idea how to resolve this?
