Error REQ:2002

When try to upgrade ServiceDesk Plus free version 15100 to version 15120 shows this error:

"REQ:2002: Unable to initiate migration due to inconsistent data found during validation in request descriptions, attachments notifications, and resolutions. Please contact support for further assistance."

[SOLVED] 10500 Update issue with custom certificate
Update kept failing just before the database (SQL) update. When I switched the server.xml back to default the update went through but with either that one left in place or the one calling my cert back in place the server never gets beyond server started............... suggesting something not right in the server.xml?

Hi, I have a problem with mail notifications. Emails are not being sent on change creation and on change status transition. The roles to notify are set in the workflows as you can see in the screenshow below as example: Notifications are working with Requests. I'll attach the log file from the last change I created.

Survey link not working
Hi, I am encountering an issue with the survey link. I have included the variable $SurveyLink in the survey settings and have inserted the hyperlink as well, but whenever the email for the survey is sent out, it only shows as "http://ict-helpdesk:8080/$SurveyLink" I am using servicedesk plus build 9223.
