Error renaming a Support Group

Hello,

We are experiencing problems while renaming a Support Group.

Situation:

"Group A" was created long time ago (maybe 2 years) under "Default Settings" with several Technicians assigned, its own "Group E-mail", etc.

A huge amount of tickets have been assigned to "Group A" since then (maybe 200.000 or maybe more). 

Now we want to rename it to "Group B", we tried to do it by clicking "edit" button and entering the new name "Group B" and clicking "Save". The application became unresponsive for a few minutes and threw an error:

FAILURE: Exception while processing the request.

Please report the problema to the system administratos. Support file will have the error trace to analyze the problema and which can be created at Support -> Create Support File.


Results:

1. Name was not changed. (The name shown for this Support Group still is "Group A")

2. "Group A" now has no technicians associated

3. "Group A" now has no "Group E-mail" associated

4. There are no "Group B" in the list of Support Groups.

5. "Support > System Log Viewer" shows a record like this:

System Log Message: Support Group : Group B is updated by technician Technician Name

6. If a new attempt to rename the "Group A" is performed the application crashes with no error thrown. An application restar is required.

It seems like the Support Group was successfully renamed but not all references on every tables were updated.

Could anyone help us to debug this error?
