Error on Exchange Server when fetching mail
We get an error on our exchange server when ServiceDesk Plus fetches mails from it.
We get the message below:
Logon attempt by: MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0 Logon account: <username> Source Workstation: <ECHXSERVER> Error Code: 0xC0000064
Please note that the mail fetching works fine aside from this error message on the Exchange server
