Error occurs while launching SelfService Software portal - Solution provided did not match MD5 CheckSum hash

I was provided with the attached PDF as a solution for the SelfService Software Portal script error via your Chat Support (Ref: #725171 )


But the MD5sum check failed to match the provided md5sum from PDF: fe3addb9681f0bb12d6fab0c90564476

The MD5 hash I have:

Please advise why there's a discrepancy.
