We have a problem on a newly installed server with OpManager 8052. The server is running Windows Server 2008 R2 (which I was promised by OpManager support that it is supported running platform).
The problem is that when you run the dashboard (we are running it on a remote machine) a message appears saying:
"Message from webpage"
"Error occured. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
"Please try after some time or refresh the page and try again"
Sometimes it helps just to click OK and the dashboard comes up and runs OK again. Sometimes you need to restart the server and restart the dashboard on the remote machine.
This is is major problem for us!
