[ERROR] Change CreateTime when change status to ONHOLD
Hi team,
I have a problem that somes of my request change CreateTime by users. But I have a rule to Disable CreateTime by users. and this usually happens when they change the ticket status to ONHOLD. I think this is a Bug. Please check and fix this for me.
