Error: No snap-ins have been registered for Windows PowerShell version 2

I am trying to use a CSV to create multiple mailbox enabled users.

Successfully Created the Users, but no mailbox is created. And following error(s) occured. Error In Setting Attributes,There is no such object on the server. - Error Code : 80072030

My sample CSV file:

givenname asd

password 123456

mailNickname asdfg

homeMDB CN=Mailbox Database 1686700477,CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=num,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=student,DC=edu,DC=mn

msExchHomeServerName "/o=num/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=MAILS"

Also, While creating single mailbox enabled user, I get the following error "Only legacy mailbox is created. Error: No snap-ins have been registered for Windows PowerShell version 2."

I want to create exchange user mailbox, but only legacy mailbox is created and no exchange user mailbox is created.

Anyone help me?
