error msg while mapping layer 2 topology map

error msg while mapping layer 2 topology map

 I am using opmanager 9000 version, when I first map the network it worked fine but now when I am clicking on "layer 2 topology map" tab under "map", only a page displaying "error" is coming up. Please help.
