Error: Issue in getting project list form JIRA, please check the JIRA configuration!!
Hi,
I want to integrate SDP to JIRA issue tracker. I read this document and do it:
But when I click on custom menu, open a pop-up page and show me this error:
- Error: Issue in getting project list form JIRA, please check the JIRA configuration!!
I set admin credential for JIRA in SDP. I don't know to solve this problem. I attached my configuration. What should I do?
My SDP: v11.1.37
DB: MS SQL server
