Error installing XP SP3

Error installing XP SP3

Out of 120 machines, one has failed and returned this:  Unknown Error. Code : 614

Three questions here:

1. Is there somewhere that stores these error codes for us to lookup?
2. What does this particular error mean?
3. Why when one client out of 120 fails does the overall job say failed?
