Error installation update pack OpManager
Hi,
I'm working with OpManager 7200 and I'm trying to install OpManager 8 update pack
I downloaded the opmanager 8 update pack on your web site.
But when I choose the ppm file ( MYSQL 5 or OpManager 8) with the update manager tool, I have an error message wich is :
"The file that you have specified is not compatible with this product"
I don't understand why I have this message
