Error in upgrade process 8127 to 8200 - Error:ZIP file must have at least one entry
I attempted an upgrade of a new instance of ServiceDesk from 8127 to 8200 and received the error below:

I browsed to the directories mentioned in the logs and saw that there were no files present. What I believe happened is that we created some test tickets with attachments and then deleted the tickets. The files were removed by the system, but the folders remained. I would expect the installation process to check and catch these basic types of errors.
Workaround: I created a blank text file in one of the directories and the installation proceeded without error.
