I added a Cisco 2921 router IOS version 15.4(3) to my system, which is able to display layer-4 & 7 traffic. However, I am continuously receiving an error message "Error in processing flows for device with IP X.X.X.X as template information is not received from the device." (X.X.X.X is the device IP)

Can you please assist me in fixing this issue?
