Error in OS Upgrade using Zero-Touch
Hello everyone,
we are currently working on the following task:
Initial State:
- >150 Windows 10 productive computers
- Endpoint Central Agent installed
- Part of Active Directory
Target State:
- Re-Imaged with Windows 11
- Endpoint Central Agent installed
- Re-Joined to Active Directory in different OU
- Same computername as before
Additional requirements:
- Zero-Touch migration, task to be done overnight
We created an Windows 11 image with prepared Endpoint Central agent and basic software. Deployment works fine, image works fine.
While deploying as Zero-Touch, we are facing the following issues:
- Zero-Touch didn't start the computers, so we added an WoL task
- AD-Join is not working well (OU doesn't change)
- Endpoint Central agent isn't working at all on new deployed devices
How can we fix the problems and get the best solution for the task?
