Error in bulk updates with CSV

Hi,

using the Modify User tool in a Orchestration Template fails with "Search returns more than 1 value". Trying to use the Modify Bulk Users function results in "Cannot retrieve object from AD - Object does not exist or Access denied. 

In both the Query is (&(objectClass=user)(objectCategory=user)(userPrincipalName=%userPrincipalName%) )
Searching the user with userPrincipalName and do a single update works fine.

Any Ideas?
