Error in Android APP
I have an error with the Android APP for ServiceDesk plus.
This error occurs when I try to place an attachment to any ticket, this error say: ERROR: Technician key in the request is invalid. Unable to authenticate.
Please, I need your help for solve this inconvenient
I use the andrid APP version 4.6; and my server is 9.3 Build 9335
