Error: EWS message in ServiceDesk Plus (linux)
Good morning, we are testing the ServiceDesk Plus Free Edition system; however, when configuring the "mail server" options, the message "The value indicated for the incomingEwsEmailAddress parameter is not valid" appears.
In the configuration we are registering data with IMAPS to a mailbox in Office 365.
The server runs on Ubuntu Linux 18.04 LTS with postgreSQL
