Error! Displayed in Alarm Escalation

I've e-mailed OpManager support twice about this but had no reply...


I was adding a new rule within Alarm Escalation but included a space. I was shown an error telling me to remove special characters, which I did so. On then trying to save the escalation rule a page simply displaying "Error!" was shown. Now this is all I see when I click on Alarm Escalation.

What can I do to fix this?
