I had 2 issue with the free version of Manage Engine ( Windows Health Moniroting )

 

1) cannot add machines the below error generated when try to add

 

Failed to connect: mailserver.sejeltech.com.
Error Code : -2147217400.
Error Description : IDispatch error #3592

 

2) few machines added but gray out ,no way to remove or re-add  ?

 

any idea ?
