whenever my Internet link BW exceeds threshold (eg: 80%), i will get an email. I can see the error condition and severity as Trouble. can this be changed to something like Attention or Warning instead as it is BW utilization alert. But the error condition should be Trouble if it is a high CPU or Memory or Backplane utilization issue or the device is down. what i am looking is custom error condition values for different alerts instead of same for any alert.
