ERROR CODE 535 AND 496
Hi,
After upgrade my OpManager to 7200 version, it don't start, just show invalid license file message, error code 535.
The support team in Brazil (Inspirit) recommended follow the steps below:
First, they send the opmanager_license.xml file. I follow their instructions but the problem continues. Then, they instruct these steps:
1) Stop the service Opmanager;
2) Stop the processes JAVA, APACHE, WRAPPER e MYSQL ou MSSQL.
3) Paste the files petinfo.dat and product.dat in the directory bellow:
<Opmanager-home>\AdventNet\ME\OpManager\classes
4) Start the Opmanager again.
5) The support also advised reboots the system
After these steps, the error code changed to error code 496 and my OpManager don't work!
