Hello! 

Due to timezone change i have applied fixes as described here  https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/servicedesk-time . 

SDP is on Ubuntu 14.04.
Now SDP does not start, log shows like that

Server is starting. This may take a couple of minutes ...
ERROR CODE : 527
Inconsistent change detected in date settings.
 Please restore original date settings.
