Error adding notes to an alarm
We are on build 8006 and we are now having issues adding notes to alarms. If a new alarm comes up and there are no existing notes, we can successfully add one new note. However, if we try to add a second note to any alarm, we receive the following error: "Unable to Add Note some error occurred". We have tried doing a db repair and restarting services. I tried searching the forums, but could not find anyone else reporting this error. Any ideas?
