Error adding Business Rule
Version: Service Desk Pro 6, r6011
When I try to add an action to a business rule of assigning the request to a sub category, I get:
FAILURE :Error while saving the Business Rule Details.
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,190,732,431,460
Any ideas?
