I'm having a few issues with the contacts list and accessing the portal (support rep) when I've also got a contact email account.
The situation is that we're using SCP for an internal / employee ticketing system.
This means that we are all listed in the system as 'Contacts' as we are employees / contacts and are required to log jobs with relevant work units using the system. There are also 50 of us that are are also 'Support Reps' in our respective business units (HR Services, Finance, Web Management etc).
It appears that when I import the contacts list, my profile from the Support Reps disappears and I can no longer login to SCP as a support rep.
When I recreate my profile as a support rep, my profile is removed as a contact and I cannot have tickets logged under my name - even if I'm the 'employee'.
Due to using active directory, and not having the ability to have separate profiles because of different email addresses, I cannot seem to fix this issue.
Lastly - please note that we have turned OFF the contact portal as this is purely an internal tracking mechanism.
Can you please provide advice and assistance asap.
We are in our final stages of testing the product and this is crucial that we resolve this issue.
