Dear Support

We are setting up EC Cloud and deploying patches using Self Service Portal.

We deploy updates and users are able to download  and install.

But with Feature Pack we got the error :  Problem while downloading the patch. HTTP Error: 403.

We tried computers in diferent networks and countries, any idea what is causing the problem?
