error 1004

just been playing with desktop central and set the scope up and pointed it to a small OU with 2 computers in. Then right at the end when its trying to install the agen is get a yellow screen with error 1004 at the top. The screen tells me to try again. :-(
All passwords are correct - wonder if you could throw some light on this for me
