We would like to inform you that the support for 32-bit installation of AssetExplorer / ServiceDesk Plus will be deprecated from July 2022. This is in line with several application dependencies, such as PostgreSQL and JRE, removing support for 32-bit ​​​​versions. We highly recommend you migrate to the 64-bit installation at the earliest. You can check your application's architecture under Community > Health Meter > Application Architecture.
