Hi OpManager Team,
i got a problem here. Before this my company data center using AD 2003 and Windows 2003 Server. On last week we upgraded it to new server using AD 2008 and Windows 2008 x64 server. After migrate i configured the snmp for this server and added in opmanager and it was successful.Both the snmp and wmi testing credential was successful.After a few days i noticed that when trying to generate the RX/TX report traffic the new server details was not appeared. So to solve it i removed it back and then try to add the device back but an error appears "Entries for the device are either partially added or removed.Click [here...] to remove and readd the device". I try a few time adding the device by using server name and ip address but the also still appear.Is OpManager cannot monitor Windows 2008 x64 server?Please help me on this OpManager team.
