Enterprise Edition problem

Hello,

I just installed your product and I'm having reliability issues with your answers in the forum and your description of the product.

We purchased the product based on what appears on your site regarding the enterprise edition, specifically the image that appears here:

When I'm in the admin server, and try to enter a monitor that's fetched from a managed server, the page does not load. When I open wireshark, I can see that the admin server tries to contact the managed servers on port 9090 which I believe it does in order to bring back images. This does not comply with the drawing you presented, where the only protocol that appears to flow between the servers is https.

Also, when I uncheck the option "proxy managed server request", the page loads instantly (without the images of course)

I posted a question to the forum (under the subject "Enterprise Edition - Adding a managed server") and was answered that port 9090 should be open only when the managed server is first added. I can live with that, but I cannot keep this port open on a regular basis.

Please instruct me on a solution for this.
