Enterprise admin server out of sync

I'm having some difficulty with our enterprise admin server and keeping it in sync with our managed servers. We have one admin server on a windows machine, one managed server on a windows machine, and one managed server on a Linux machine. There are monitors that display grey dots for availability and health for days now--these monitors are green/green when viewed from the managed counterpart. Also, there are monitor groups that are displayed on the Home tab as having a certain number of member monitors that is different from the actual number of members AND when viewing that monitor group from the admin server, about half of the member monitors are missing.

Is it possible to wipe out the admin server and have it re-synch with the managed servers from scratch?
